I am here to walk alongside you
Grief changes the way we move through life. It affects our mind, body and sense of self. I know this intimately. After having my own experiences with loss it inspired me to support others in understanding and integrating their grief in a healthier, more compassionate way.
As a holistic grief counsellor, I create a calm and grounded space where you can feel understood, validated and supported. I blend lived experience with professional training to guide clients toward clarity, balance and emotional resilience. My approach is genuine, warm and centered on meeting you exactly where you are.

Grief lives within both the mind and the body. I integrate holistic techniques such as Root Cause Therapy to help release stored emotions, trauma and limiting beliefs. This approach supports deeper healing, reduced stress and greater emotional clarity.

One of the most healing parts of my work is the safe environment I create. Here, you are free to express your emotions without judgement. You are supported, validated and guided gently toward understanding your experience and moving forward with confidence.
